2026 SonAlt Festival

We are thrilled to launch the first edition of SonAlt Arts Festival on July 24–25, 2026 at Fundación Zaldumbide Rosales (Quito, Ecuador)! 

This year, we are offering courses covering electroacoustic music and contemporary music. The festival will end with a recital of music by living composers featuring performances by Las Cuerdas de la Muerte, Adrian Maldonado,  and Claudia Aizaga. Featured composers include our  2026 Call for Scores Winners Cristina Lord and Ziyuan Wang, guest composer Adrian Maldonado, and SonAlt composers Sum Yee Lee and Mateo Wojtczack.
